Holiday Cheeseball

This recipe is a hit at every get together during the holidays. Use with your favorite crackers: I suggest Sociables and Triscuits.

2- 8oz pkgs Cream cheese, softened at room temp
2- 8oz cans Crushed pineapple, drained
2Tbs finely chopped white onion
1/4Cup finely chopped green pepper
1pkg chopped pecans
1-2Tbs seasoned salt

Set aside pecans. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and form into ball. You can split the amount to make two balls if desired. Roll cheeseball in chopped pecans until well coated. I often add some pecans into the mix itself. Chill until ready to serve. Delicious!
